Nevermore (Maximum Ride, #8)

This is pretty much the only low rating I've ever given but I gave it for several reasons. First of all, there wasn't really anything that connected in this book. I though it would tie up all those weird loose ends that the author left in the first few books but he didn't. Also, I hated the whole everyone is coming back to life thing. It was like the author just wanted to keep the story going but the only way he could keep it going was to make sure someone died every few pages and then just came back to life. The end also didn't tie up any loose ends from this same book. I'm left with a whole bunch of questions. I just wasn't satisfied with the epilogue or anything. Finally, this book was a fast read (I read it in 2 hours) but it didn't really make any sense to me. Everything just happened out of nowhere. I'm actually kind of glad the series is over now because I couldn't stand to have Max's character changed anymore. Yes I realize characters have to change but her character was amazing and then the author just went and got rid of all her wit and comebacks. It got a little confusing at some parts. Overall, the series is amazing and I would recommend it. Just this book was a bit of a flop.
