Zoe’s family fosters Great Pyrenees dogs for a rescue organization, so their house is always loaded with white fur. Her family watches as dogless neighbors move into the house next door with a small boy who they discover has stopped speaking. People and dogs, it appears, all need rescuing and most of the time they rescue each other. This short, sweet story written for children will be enjoyed by all ages.
