If you like reading about interesting psychological experiments, then you will like Malcolm Gladwell. He basically puts forth a thesis ("People are often very good at making split second decisions") and then supports it by describing various studies where the thesis has been either proven or challenged. His style is so smooth and readable, that if you are at all interested in the topic, the book just flies by. I especially enjoyed his discussion of how people made decisions about how food tastes.
