really liked it
bookshelves: historical, historicalromance, romance

I found this quite entertaining, if quite cliche'd. Mrs. Merlin's Academy for Select Young Ladies takes young girls from London's roughest slums and trains them as spies and seductresses. Siena is assigned to unmask a traitor among some book collectors. Ex-army officer Lord Kirtland is her prime suspect, but also very attractive.

It's pretty predictable, both in the setup and the outcome but it was a fun journey.
