Well, I'll start out by saying that it has been a while since I read the last book so I was not real in touch with the characters and plot. There is no way this book would make it on its own, there just isn't enough there. You have to love Atlantis and the characters.

Let's see. The heroine...she was ok. Didn't love her, didn't hate her, didn't really feel much of anything for her. Pretty much felt that way towards the whole book. It lacked passion. Maybe if I were just coming off the last book I would feel differently about it. As it was, I was disappointed, for Day has been pretty phenomenal so far I think. I just felt that not a lot happened in this book, nothing that I cared about, other than Brennan's curse coming to fruition.
