Madeleine - 5 stars
Great illustrations and an interesting storyline that you cannot guess ahead on. It follows the basic teen book rules of the kid missing a parent(s), being outcast, finding one good friend and one good mentor. It could be good for kids interested in origami with its interest in lines and math.
The only negative is that never-ending teen plague of the saga. Every book must end with a lead in to the next book. Is exhausting. Is very Dan Brown.
