it was amazing

I don't know if thist book is truly a diary or a story some woman wrote, but I do know that it would've had the same effect. This book stayed with me for a while. It's kinda like watching Titanic or Tristan + Isolde. You feel so connected with the character.
It was nice to read a book about real things, going through her childhood, in a different time period. I could also relate to a lot of it. Vey provocative.

EDIT: I'm updating after 6 years because now that I'm older, I can see that only people as young as I was then, eager for a story, and wanting to connect would appreciate the story. I would probably give it 4 stars now, especially since I know it isn't an actual diary.
