[Name Redacted] So...what was this?

karen hmmm. well, this book, and its sequel, are one of the finest examples of why vanity presses exist. the story makes so little sense that it reads like "everyday surrealism," where you're like - this CAN'T be the story - nothing is happening and it is so boring and these characters are doing and saying things that no one has ever done or said and yet it is being presented completely matter-of-fact and why would anyone write this and oh my god this is so boring.

connor read both books aloud to is over the course of months at the book factory. he genuinely loved it. i was more horrified than anything else.
