Classified as "chick lit", I have to say that only 95% of it deals w/ art, and 5% deals with romantic relationships, which is fine by me. I really didn't know what I was getting into with this book, but it was an enjoyable read. Not too heavy. Not too light. An interesting story, overall.

The author seems to like to remind you that she's a writer by throwing in vocab that the average "gallerina" would not use. The "twist" really isn't a "twist", but is guessable during the first 3rd of the story. Anyway, if you enjoy reading about art and would like a glimpse (though how accurate it is, I wonder) into the Chelsea art world, spend a few days reading this book.
