really liked it

All China hopes to do is have a successful paper making workshop at Thyme and Seasons. But while China and her friend Carole are collecting yucca for the workshop, they stumble across a dead body. To make matters more shocking, the body is that of Colin Fowler, the latest love interest of China's business partner and good friend, Ruby. There has always been too much secrecy and mystery surrounding Colin, and China has never trusted him. Soon there is another murder at the Sonora Nursery just outside of town. China must discover the link between the two killings and figure out the complex dealings of multiple law enforcement agencies involved in an undercover drug investigation, sometimes working against one another. All the players may not be who they seem, and the killer may indeed be someone close to the community. In addition, Mike McQuaid, China's PI husband, has agreed to help China's half-brother, Miles Danford, investigate the death of Mile's and China's father in what was ruled an accident sixteen years ago. This plot line will be completed in the next book, Nightshade.
The reader always learns something when reading Albert's books as well as getting a good story and this offering is no exception.
