** spoiler alert ** Another fun book about travel from the S.A.S.S. series.

Nicole has been told to get out of the house...and spend a semester in Paris! But Nicole doesn't want to go - she's satisfied with her life, her friends, and especially her boyfriend. But she goes anyway, stays with a host family (who employ very cute manny, Luc), and attends an international school. Miserable at first, Nicole does not try to make the best of her situation. But slowly she makes friends, explores the city, and even gets some interesting sparks between her and Luc. She finds her boyfriend is flying to see her for a long weekend, and everything stops as she revisits the person she used to be. When boyfriend flakes and doesn't show up, she does some serious examining of who she is, and how she has changed since she came to Paris.

Can't wait to read the Christmas sequel!

Allison Hi Anna,
I read the SASS book about Mexico and Salsa and was surprised at how much I enjoyed it. So cool! I learned a lot about the country and thought the teen girl's gave the book good character development. Laura Resau (who wrote the fantastic book "The Red Glass" is about to publish a series that reminds me of SASS. Be on the lookout! Allison
