Oh the life of a NERD. They have there stories and this book tells many of them.
One thing that got me is how many of these authors seem to revel in being a GEEK themselves. Some of them still do LARPing, D&D Huge fans of SciFi and Fantasy (what a surprise) and wearing costumes while growing up. I do believe that many of them still do this even as we speak.
The stories are funny as well as touching. I would say that even if you were never a nerd, in the traditional sense, yyou will still love the stories that revolve around the painful experience of growing up.
I wish I tell you that there was one or two stories that are exceptional but I can't. They were all fantastic and your favorite will debend on your own geekness(we all have a little geek in us).
Having said that, there were a few suprises such as Libba Bray's because I did not see her as a Rocky Horror Picture Show fan.
Read, enjoy, be thankful you are now grown up (maybe).
