really liked it

A really good and useful book, though I worry that the author doesn't have very good recovery (at one point he talks about making his wife his higher power!) I wish there were more books like this about food addiction and codependency, but one can almost just substitute the word "food" or "relationships" for alcohol in books like "Drinking: A Love Story," and this one. Apparently, every time the author opened a bottle of Jack Daniel's, he'd give it a kiss. I've certainly felt that way about, say, chocolate, even if I didn't kiss it.
