Gimmickry. This book is gimmickry. I mean, it's kind of cool, and at times I'll re-consider some of those proposed notions, but really it's a nutshell, Three Card Monte for people who think they know economics because they watch Jim Cramer on MSNBC. Furthermore, there's a fairly consistent undercurrent of blatant scorn for black people. Some of my best books are black friends.
