A nice memoir concerning Hemingway's writing life in Paris during 1925-26. It was interesting to learn about T.S. Elliot's trouble with work, F. Scott Fitzgerald's hypochondria, Ford Maddox Ford's bad breath, and why a boy in the company of older men must carry a knife.
