really liked it
bookshelves: a-levels, poetry
Read in August, 2009

I didn't study this book at school, I just inherited it somehow - maybe my mum got it from Oxfam? - but I carried it everywhere. God I was a pretentious wanker...

Loved the Roger Mcgough (who now lives near me divvint you kna?) and Adrian Henri, never really got on with Brian Patten. Time hasn't changed my opinion on Patten - with the passing of time his work a bit more resonant but it's still all a bit neahh! If anything however, I love the first two even more.
