really liked it
bookshelves: forensics, mystery, library-book

This was one of the better books in the series. The information on the "Body Farm" was fascinating. Kay's niece, Lucy, would never be hired by the FBI. My dad worked at Quantico and she has far too many personal issues which interfere with her duties to make it through the agent training. Scarpetta seems to be collecting a bunch of neurotic people around her and they detract from the story because they are too overblown.

That said, the forensic details are fascinating and the book is a real page turner if you can get by some of the characters.
