really liked it

MP3 audiobook from LA County's online library.

I jumped on this book since it
a. was recommended
b. combines history (which I love) and economics (which I'm trying to learn)
c. was readily available in an audiobook form

At 19 segments over an hour each, this took some time to get through. In addition to the length, there's a density of information that made it a challenge for me. I'm glad I made it, however. I don't pretend to understand all of the economic concepts covered in this history of international finance between the world wars. Really, it's another attempt at explaining how the Great Depression happened.
