Follow 17-year-old Ruby as she is thrust into a new life and a new life style after her mother abandons her. Fortunately Ruby's older sister and husband take her in and Ruby finds the true meaning of family and friends. A light-hearted, feel-good story. Not to be a spoiler, but my favorite quote from the story is: "It's a lot easier to be lost than found. It's the reason we're always searching, and rarely discovered--so many locks, not enough keys".
