really liked it

The author looks at different studies and talks to various experts in their field to find things to help make is family happier and stronger.

I found the earlier chapters to be stronger and have more focus than the latter chapters but the whole thing had some great inspiration for a man concerned about the structure of his family.

Bruce's research is good and I like how he ties things that at first don't seem to related to the family dynamic and moves them into what you can do to implement them in your own house.

I found most of it reinforced things we were already doing in my family, but reinforcement is important and the chapter on family identity was especially well written and showed many different points of view.

A good and inspirational read.
