This is another book club choice.

I wanted to enjoy it—the premise was interesting. But I found most of the characters lacked depth. They were not created to be complex characters despite the novelty of the situation they were facing. Instead, one-dimensional characters served to teach certain lessons, which got very heavy-handed by the end.
