I enthusiastically recommend this book to any pastor or pastor's wife. Tom Carson (D. A. Carson's dad) spent decades ministering in Quebec without any tangible fruit, until the Spirit began to move in the late 60s. Anyone with aspirations for ministerial greatness should repent and read this book.
