Lean In: Women, Work, and the Will to Lead
Mar 13, 2013
This book is an important intervention. It shines a spotlight on the unconscious behaviors of men, and especially women. This important book serves to bring these behaviors and biases into our collective awareness, and suggests ways to navigate conversations. It's high time women realize the behaviors and thought patterns that hold us back, both personally and as a collective.
