liked it

A single woman in her 30s visits a role-playing Jane-Austen-themed vacation spot where visitors wear costumes and indulge in Regency-era fantasy. Strengths: reflection on women's emotional fantasies and present-day Austen fandom. Weaknesses: the characters, the dialogue. I really want to give 2.5 stars but rounded up because sitting here just having finished the book, I feel fond of it and I'll admit that I liked the ending.
