The Black Tower (Adam Dalgliesh #5)
May 10, 2009
This is a historical novel set in France during the reign of Louis XVIII. It deals with a very famous, real life French criminal/ detective and the possible existence of Louis XVII, son of Marie-Antoinette and Louis XVI, who of course lost their heads to the rioting mobs of the Revolution. Anyway, it's very well written, a great story, and possibly on of the best novels I've read all year. And I read A LOT of novels! It's an A+.
