really liked it
bookshelves: ted-dekker

Well... I love all of Ted Dekker's books, and this was no exception. It was much different than I expected, though. Much, much, much different. Because this book is coauthored, some of Ted Dekker's characteristic suspense and slam-bang action was missing. However, I really have no other complaints about that. It wasn't my all-time favortie Dekker novel but he and Erin Healey managed to create a suspenseful book that kept me hooked til the end. I'm definitely going to read the next one they write together. But if you want to read this just because it's by Ted Dekker, be warned: it's much less physical and a lot more psychological. I wish someone had told me that before I read it. It would have made the beginning of the book much more enjoyable.
