really liked it

Great book bought solely on the basis of its cover & title.

What happened to Japan after capitulation? Most Americans don't know and don't know how much the US (i.e., MacArthur) shaped post-war Nippon.

My only complaint with the author is that there was a fair amount of repetition between some sections.
