it was ok

Overlong and overrated, Chabon liberally borrows from the lives of many comic book creators. I wish anyone would write a non-fiction book about the lives of the comic book creators of comics golden age that would receive as much attention and praise as Chabon's Kavalier and Clay. I assure you that the tales spun by the hero writers of the 30's and 40's would be much more gripping than the Adventures of Kavalier and Clay.
