A great book my husband brought home. Easy to read. REALLY made me think about the difference between food and "food-like substances". NOT that I'm a big junk food eater, but I better understand how our focus on nutrients instead of foods has caused us (Americans) to be fatter and less healthy, even with this great focus on getting your B, less protein, and more Omega-3. Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants. I love that motto. Seriously, grab this one today and reevaluate your pantry and fridge with less pain than you think.
