really liked it

This is the true story of how James, a novelist, English professor, husband and father of two pulls himself out of a deep depression and comes to terms with who he really is: a woman. Felicity Huffman studied this book for her role in the film "Transamerica." Boylan's writing is clear, funny, and poignant. This book belongs on the shelf of anyone who claims to be culturally aware.
