Good book. Not one I would have picked myself, as I'm not a music guru, but I guess that's why bookclubs are good - to get you to read a wider array of books. I liked the style which was a bit different. It had three sections: B, A, & A to B. Each section had about 10 chapters, each about a different person who were all connected. Section B is where their lives aren't going so great, A is about 20 years earlier, and A to B explains how they got there and a bit past section B. It seems a theme is redemption for bad choices. There is also a powerpoint chapter that I thought was strange but interesting.
