This is a nice examples that involves a bit of neuroscience, a bit of dieting tips and a good writer. The book is interesting and well written and I'm sure I would remember some of the stuff I read here.

Questo libro è sciramente un esperimento felicemente riuscito perchè mischia un po' di neuroscienze, che ora vanno molto di moda, i soliti consigli per dimagrire, che non passano mai di moda e uno scrittore in grado di rendere queste due cose assieme in modo facile e veloce. Sono sicura che mi ricorderò parecchie delle cose che ho letto qui.
