really liked it

This book represents to me the way I see many of US authors in terms of narrative style: direct, to the point. The story is set on Spain's civil war on the '40s (bet that "Papa Doc" would have loved "Spanish Bombs", by the Clash). The fact that the story is probably inspired in Hemingway's experience made it all the more enjoyable.
