Demon Copperhead is a character you will NOT forget. Born into a tough life in Appalachia, he somehow survives one hard blow after another. Kingsolver brings us into the lives of those living/surviving in poverty while the oxycontin/fentanyl scourge eats families.

HIGHLY recommend.
