it was amazing

This was great! But I was kind of hoping it would make me want to quit smoking and start being a runner. It did not. If anything, it solidified my already-pretty-solid hatred of the idea of running. God damn stupid healthy Haruki.

message 1: by Peter Panic (new)

Peter Panic I love him more than anything, but have been reluctanmt to pick this up. Now that I have decided to start running, this intrigues me. How do you feel about the topic in general?

Guido You need to have a strong personality to quit smoking… lol

Califemme I was able to quit smoking after reading The Easy Way to Stop Smoking by Allen Carr. Seriously weird after having smoked for over 27 years. For $7.99 it was worth a shot! I tell all my smoking friends how I don't even miss it or crave it since reading that book. Maybe it can help you too

message 4: by Troels (new)

Troels Insight into the absurdity of smoking can make you quit...
