it was ok
bookshelves: chick-lit, fiction, audiobook

While listening to the book I became convinced that whoever the author was she definitely looked over the general literature on sociopathy. It was bothersome to me to hear all the clinical descriptions as if read out of a textbook. Other than that - the book was ok.

I liked the realistic bits and pieces each of the characters possessed, although at this point I cannot recall any flaws of the main character. She is tall and slender, smart and strong, working for the FBI and good at it, with a firm and clear understanding of herself - at the end she quits it all and becomes a grade school teacher. Nope, besides feeling occasionally insecure I cannot think of much she did wrong.
Oh, and she trusted the guy who turned out to be the 'bad guy' - so she was mislead - oh, this must be the realistic bit to her.
