Kristen Miller created a page turning masterpiece in "How to Lead a Life of Crime." The premise was absolutely fascinating. Mandel, the headmaster of the Mandel Academy was a fascinating character. He was the basis for many of the demented and unexpected twists and turns.

Just when I thought that I would be able to predict what the text twist in the plot was, Miller threw a curve ball. She has an uncanny ability to throw mind-bending twists that keep the reader hungry for more. Her characters are fascinating and this story makes you question how far a human being will go to promote their own agenda.

This is my first YA book that I've ever read and I am highly impressed. Kristen Miller is absolutely a force to contend with in the literary world. Simply brilliant!
