A student let me borrow her copy of this book and I read it over the past few days.

This book (as with Hopkins' others) is written in poetry format, making the 500 page book a quick read.

Her poems tell a story that is easy to follow and the poetry formats help enforce the story she was telling. One thing that I appreciate is that this book deals with problems that teens face.

The ending was shocking, one I didn't see coming. In fact I might have gasped right out loud when I was reading. The clues though were there.

Really, not everyone's cup of tea but it is a hit with YA readers right now and that is enough for me.
