The Gnostic Mystery is both entertaining and enlightening. The book immediately draws you in with the fictional storyline and then manages to enjoyably present the much controversial history of the Gnostics and the beginnings of the Roman Catholic Church - without eliminating the beautiful messages to be found in either the Gnostic or Christian beliefs. I am a better person for having read and pondered the book. It is not, however, for the weak or close minded.
If only other historical and philosophical topics had been presented in this way....
