This was a well-written story that I couldn't put down. I liked a lot of the insights that came up from the story but I also have a lot of questions. (Warning: spoiler) the main story line is obviously crafted from Hamlet, but where does that start and end? Is it a retelling or a borrowing? This aspect of the book was unsettling to me, in that I felt that if that makes the main character Hamlet, then, there's a lot I don't understand, either about the character or about Hamlet.

I read it late into the night. But I can't say that I felt satsifed at the end. Just tired and curious, maybe even confused. I'm not sure if this is one of those books that hints at something deeper and has the stuff to back it up, or if it is just smoke and mirrors (which is a theme in the book as well).

It's one of those books that you just don't have all the answers to, which in a way is a good thing.

I recommend it, just can't say what your experience will be with it.
