I was surprised that I liked this book. It was definitely a fluff read! I read it in one afternoon. She was surprisingly witty and I Found myself laughting a lot. Tori Spelling's life has been pretty fascinating, and her childhood was just over the top. As I was reading it I sympathized with her as she dealt with an uncaring mother, but afterward I found myself thinking how selfish Tori was with a lot of her choices. She seems pretty insecure and self-centered. She was determined to see the worst in her mother, but always expected everyone to accept that she herself always had the best of intentions even if she doesn't make the right choices. She cheats on her husband the first night after meeting the new guy, but she expects that everyone should just understand because new guy was really her "true love". Yet a seemingly innocent four word comment from her mother in the delivery room after the birth of her baby, is proof that her mom doesn't love her.
