really liked it

I'm certain I've read this book before, but when I saw it at the library in search of a Christmas themed book, I couldn't resist picking it up again. And I'm glad that I did because I feel like I walked away with something different the second time around.

This story is loosely based on Glenn's actual life and more importantly his walk with God, all surrounding a sweater his mother made him one Christmas when what he really wanted was a bike. Turns out he really needed the sweater, even if he couldn't see it's purpose at the time.

A touching Christmas story, told from a 12 years old's POV that was well worth the re-read. I love a book with a deeper message and the presence of God, especially at Christmas.
