Plunder Squad (Parker, #15)

This started well and seemed to be going in a new direction with characters popping up from older books. But the Uhls storyline didn't seem to have much to do with the heist (except maybe thematically) and once he was out of the way he was forgotten.
To be honest it felt like two separate shorts stuck together and even though the art heist part was as well written and exciting as any in this series, it was very quick and straghtforward (in the style of the series, although obviously there were a few twists and turns).
Had he managed to tie all the elements together into one story I think this would have been a spectacular book, but too bitty for me.
That said, still an entertaining read with a a great opening scene.
