Tells the true story of Mother Antonia, a woman from Beverly Hills who became a nun in later life, working with the inmates of La Mesa prison in Tijuana. The transition is not as sensational as the title and cover art suggests, and you feel unsurprised about her courage and love by the end of the book. Best for those interested in the church in all its many facets.
