Amazing book, about two of my favorite subjects: (view spoiler)

Symbols, characters, and even words and phrases appear over and over in these interconnected stories, tying them all together. I loved every story--there's not a weak link here.

My one complaint is that I thought each story was too short! I finished each wanting more. Like Teeth, which I read earlier this year, I wish this book (though by a typically YA author) had been marketed for adults--I think that would have allowed it to be longer (and darker!).
