really liked it
bookshelves: young-adult-reads

Fifteen-year-old twins Sophie and Josh Newman were very ordinary teenagers, both working at jobs they enjoyed. Josh worked at a book store and Sophie a tea shop that was across the street. One day while they were both working life took a very interesting turn. They found out that the couple that owned the book store were not exactly what they thought they were, but what were they? One day a strange group visited the book store and it changed how the twins saw the world. The two of them find themselves involved in a fight that has gone on for hundreds of years, and realize that the world of magic is not just something they read about.

This was a fun book to read. I did find it a bit slow at times.
