really liked it
bookshelves: science-philosophy, politics

This book was difficult to get through, I won't deny it. The chapters on philosophy, literature, movies and music were quite clear and a breeze, but couple those with the chapters on feminism, post-colonialism and a slightly weird chapter on science and you have an arduous task ahead of the reader. Yet it was worth it.

The book is informative regarding the subject, not coloured too often by obvious bias and increased my understanding vastly, which I hoped it would.
