At first I was reluctant of it's validity and the extent of it's stereotyping, but I found it was staggeringly accurate and had little to none negative stereotyping.

I would call it nothing short of a very helpful guide to pinpointing others personalities, their resulting behavior and your own. Just as well as helping you realize the strengths in your personality, in turn it gives you an understanding of your weaknesses as well. Additionally, this knowledge (and the book itself) can help empower those strengths and minimize the weaknesses.

Regardless of your taste in books, I believe this book has something for literally everyone.
