This book re-oriented my understanding of earth history and biological science. If you've been taught the earth is billions of years old, and that plant and animal life evolved from chemicals, even that stars and planets evolved, so to speak, from plasma from the big bang, yet you have some notion that these ideas are contrary to the story of creation by God and the Bible, then this book - full of clear reasoning based on known facts and guided by historical statements from the Bible - will help you realize that the facts on the ground - or under the ground as it were - are especially in accord with the Biblical record. Not with the so-called science popularized in academia and assumed by the media (evolution of life, evolution of stars, planets, earth). This realization is a great benefit to one's understanding of the Bible, and of our place in history.
