Barbara Delinsky books are an easy read, interesting characters, and plausible plots (usually). I enjoyed this book thoroughly - a group of pediatricians in a small town must cope with the sudden death of one of the group. The other three are left to come to terms with her death and to grapple with the ways in which their lives change because of it. The book lost a star for me because of the path one of the characters took - I found the relationship he pursued very unbelievable - but Delinsky managed to pull it together at the end.
